To become a member, simply print off and fill out this form and mail it with a check (made out to World Affairs Council of the Quad Cities) to:

We have five suggested membership/support levels:
Individual Supporter - $15
Individual Student - $5 Student
Organization - $10
Gold Sponsor - $200 (Customary institutional support)
Platinum Sponsor - $500 (Top billing on all materials)
